Materials That Survive Our Air

Untreated lumber mildews, cups, and rots fast in our air, so we build with pressure-treated framing and surface options that hold up: quality treated decking, tropical hardwoods, and composite boards that never need stain. Each has a different look, feel, and maintenance life, and we bring samples to the estimate.

Footings for Soft Ground

Delta soil settles, and a deck is only as level as what it stands on. We size and set footings for the actual soil on your lot rather than driving posts and hoping. Framing is flashed and fastened with hardware rated for outdoor exposure, so the structure stays tight through wet summers and storm seasons.

Drainage and Airflow Underneath

What happens under a deck decides how long it lasts. We grade so water moves out from under the structure instead of ponding against posts, and we frame for airflow so the underside dries after rain. It is invisible work, and it is why our decks stay solid.
